EXPANDING THE OBJECTS OF COMPULSORY SOCIAL INSURANCE PARTICIPATION FROM 01 JULY 2025
Expanding the subjects participating in compulsory social insurance from 01 July 2025 as follows:
Subjects participating in compulsory social insurance under the Social Insurance Law 2024 from 01 July 2025 are expanded as follows:
- Business household owners (with business registration);
- Part-time workers in villages and residential groups are similar to those working part-time at the commune level;
- Enterprise managers, controllers, representatives of state capital, representatives of enterprise capital at companies and parent companies, and managers and operators of cooperatives who do not receive salaries;
- Part-time workers (workers working under flexible working regimes);
- In cases where there is no labor contract or an agreement with another name but the content is expressed about paid work, salary and management, operation and supervision by one party, in accordance with the 2019 Labor Code.
